If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact Tour Guide Nepal as soon as possible. The effective cancellation date is normally the date on which we receive your written cancellation request.
Cancellation charges may depend on the type of service, supplier conditions, departure date, permits already issued, tickets purchased, hotel policies, transportation arrangements and other non-refundable expenses.
For tours and trekking arrangements, refund eligibility is assessed according to the booking confirmation and the actual costs already committed to accommodation, guides, transportation, permits and other suppliers.
Do not publish a fixed percentage here unless it matches your actual business policy.
Domestic and international flight tickets, buses, private transportation and other transportation services may have separate cancellation, rebooking or refund conditions. Any applicable airline, transport operator or supplier charges may be deducted from an eligible refund.
Hotel cancellation and refund conditions can vary by property, room type, rate plan and booking date. Non-refundable hotel bookings may not qualify for a refund.
Government-issued trekking permits, park entry fees, visa-related services and other official charges may become non-refundable once processed or issued, depending on the applicable authority's rules.
Travel in Nepal can be affected by weather, landslides, road closures, flight disruptions, natural disasters, political events, government restrictions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a supplier offers a refund, credit, rescheduling or alternative arrangement, we will communicate the available option to the traveler. Supplier and transaction charges may apply.
If a traveler does not arrive for a confirmed service without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable depending on the relevant supplier's conditions.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method where practical. The processing time can depend on banks, payment providers, airlines, hotels and other third parties.
Requests to change travel dates are subject to availability and supplier conditions. A date change may involve additional costs.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage and other relevant risks.
